Suspension Training
TRX - RIP60
While other gym in Indonesia is busy prepping the TRX class, we already add new suspension training tools, we've been doing TRX class for 4 years (start on 2008), real TRX group training, now we expanding the class with new Frame and tools, called RIP60, new move, more abs impact, more fun.
Suspension Training is a functional training that suspend our hands or feet by a rope on an anchor point, it creates instability, making regular movement like squat, push up, situp become more challenging and force the core (abs, side oblique and lower back) to work more to create stability, this 40 minutes class training is the most fun functional workout.
