Rebel Gym Kombat Inc, what we really offer ? 

Working Out ! we create everything inside our facilities for anyone to work out, whatever on their mind about working out, we will create it, from simple thing like simple cardio like treadmills, crosstrainer, etc to metcon class like Spinning, dance class like Zumba, Body Jam, Functional Training like CrossFit, TacFit, KettleBell, Hardcore Training like Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Martial Arts (you name it) to leisure and after workout relaxation like Spa, Saunas, Whirlpool, Jacuzzi and Steam.

Instructor, are they credible ?

We have more than 10 years of experience, training people from first timer to athlete, from kids to older adults, for us, client's safety comes first. Our master trainer probably got the most credentials among all trainer across this country, and his over 15 years experience as a Power trainer, Functional Trainer and Martial Arts Coach. Our team is not a Globo Gym type of Instructor, they have been through a long and hard training, it took 3 month for rookie instructor to be trained before they can officially join the Team.

So What about those Martial Arts Teacher ?

 

Our Martial Arts teacher might not a World Champ, or not even a trainer of one, some of them are Veteran, some are Fighters and the rest are just Teacher, but I can guarantee they are good (can't claim to be the best when it comes to MA) and most of it, they understand what your goal, not everyone wants to be a professional fighters or be a street fighter or on the contrary maybe some wants to be a MMA fighter or security guard, so whatever clients want, we try to make it happen.

Which is better ? Body Building, Zumba, Kettlebell, CrossFit or Functional Training ?

Our mission is to make clients "move", you are welcome to try any of hundreds of workout listed on our gym, choose whatever you feel it suits you better, any workout are as good as other, if doing it the right and correct way, you got to choose what you like most or at least give it a try before you decide.
